Au Gourmand is a charming French family pastry, bakery and bistro in the historic centre of Prague. Our journey began in 2000. Cakes and desserts are our speciality and pride. They are prepared according to traditional French recipes and from the freshest ingredients.

Jean Philipp Roubatcheffe, Master pâtisserie chef, was part of our Au Gourmand team. He established all our traditional recipes which we are following until today. Thanks to his expertise you can taste all the extraordinary cakes so typical for Au Gourmand.
We also bake traditional French pastries in our own bakery. Among other things, you can taste our delicious croissants, traditional quiche, croque monsieur and traditional crêpes in various varieties. Au Gourmand macarons are our daily offer you can always enjoy them with a great coffee, premium tea or special home made lemonade. You can also find French wines in our menu to complete your gourmet experience.
